G.S. Wark has successfully completed many institutional type projects ranging from renovations to new developments. These projects have been constructed for McMaster University, St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, Town of Oakville, Metrolinx, Hamilton Wentworth District School Board, Hamilton Wentworth Catholic District School Board and several other School Boards throughout Ontario.
Our renovation work also includes fit-out alterations for Research Centres, interior renovation to Stem Cell Cancer Research Labs, Boardrooms and common areas within these facilities. Our experience with elaborate HVAC systems associated with Research/Medical environments has proven to be our strength within this field of construction.
We have been involved with projects that have required their existing business to remain operational during the construction project as well as constructed new facilities. In each case, we have successfully completed the project while adhering to all owner requirements. Our past projects include proper implementation of owner’s equipment such as Cranes, Machine Bases, Pits/Trenches, Service Bays and a wide variety of owner specific equipment.
G.S. Wark originally started as a home builder in 1949 on a part-time basis and has continued positive growth from that point. Our passion for this sector grew and we have progressed into condos and multi-level residential complexes. Our projects are throughout Ontario and we continue to pursue these developments today.
