G.S. Wark is pleased to announce the ownership restructuring of G.S. Wark Limited with the appointment of several long-time senior executives to ownership. The seasoned professionals are Craig Hambly, John Morrone, Josh Kooiman, and Brad Lachapelle, who have been made owners of G.S. Wark effective January 1, 2023. The president, Craig Hambly, graduated from Mohawk college and has since been with the company for over 30 years. Vice president John Morrone has 36 years in the construction industry including approximately 30 years within the design-build methodology approach and part of the Wark team for 8 years. Josh Kooiman started with G.S. Wark through co-op terms while at Mohawk College and has since grown with the company managing and estimating various projects for over 10 years. Brad Lachapelle has over 20 years of experience in on-site management and has been involved in some notable projects such as Endress & Hauser and Niagara College and has been with the company for 9 years.
