Phase 1 – Installation of a new fire watermain around existing facility to tie new system into existing Fire Suppression risers, while maintaining the existing system. Electrical Fire Alarm installation was completed for the interior of the building, upgrading Fire Alarm Panels and providing up to code Fire Alarm Devices (i.e., Strobes).
Phase 2 – Installation of new Fire Suppression System in existing building, while maintaining existing system to protect building until switch over could be completed. Daily coordination was required to schedule work around tenant activities to minimize delays on their operations.
